Must hold a current AVPA Level 1 Coaching Certification
Consists of a 3 hour on-court instruction phase and a 3 hour on-court teaching phase
Coaches will be required to be taught as players and be active in drills during the instruction phase of the

Coach is given a 2-hour practice plan. They must run the practice while being observed by an AVP Academy Certified Master Level Coach. They will be evaluated on proficiency in the following areas: explaining the drills, providing effective feedback, control of time over the drills and other pertinent
Complete the video analysis education phase. This consist of 4 hours of video analysis education that covers the following areas: team (opponent) analysis, game plan creation and player skill analysis

Must have completed and hold a current AVPA Level 3 Coaching Certification
40 hours of observed/assisted practice with an AVP Academy Certified Master Level Coach.
Run 4 two hour practices (8 total hours) that the Intern designs and teaches. To be observed by an AVP Academy Certified Master Level
Complete video analysis portion/20 hours of video analysis training and generate reports to coincide/to consist of skill evaluation and game plan analysis)
